Discovering a previously untapped talent for painting after being prompted by what I call "the voice" in March, 2024, I embarked on a journey of chaotic creativity that has so far spawned a collection of 120 canvases and counting. I still can't explain what that incessant urge was. I certainly didn't believe I could draw, let alone paint, but perhaps it was my mom channeling through me. The more I resisted, the more persistent the drive, and it refused to stop until I finally surrendered and ordered a few art supplies. That first 8.5" x 11" canvas proved to be a revelation, a discovery of a passion that has fueled an addiction. Now, I live in a colorful jungle that keeps multiplying. Exploring the frontiers of mixed media, I attack each canvas with unbridled enthusiasm and plan to bring each vision to life. My submission choices reflect the various styles I've explored, each one opening the gateway to yet more.
