These rules set who may enter, the fee, the deadline, and the license for this exhibition. The Terms of use and the Privacy policy cover the account and everything else.

The exhibition is run by an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (ID number 304649860), trading as UPWARD gallery. Write to [email protected].
What this is
This is a juried exhibition of skill. It is not a lottery and not a game of chance. It is void where prohibited. The jury looks at technique, medium, design, and overall impression. The choice of awards is a curatorial decision.
Who may enter
This call is open only to a legal resident of the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, or a member state of the European Union who is at least 18 and old enough to make a contract where they live. The form asks you to confirm this before the work is accepted. An entry without that confirmation is refused. We may also refuse a work that is unlawful or that we judge to be profane or political campaigning.
The work must be yours, or you must have the rights to enter it.
How to enter
Create a free account, open this exhibition, and use the form on this page. Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file of up to 15 MB, or choose a work already in your account. Give the work a title. Dimensions and medium appear on the diploma when you supply them. You may enter up to four works in this exhibition.
The first work in this exhibition is $20. Each further work from the same account is $10. Works already submitted count toward the four, including works not yet paid. After we approve a work, you pay the fee with PayPal. We do not store your card number. The fee is for review of that work. Once it is paid, review begins, and the fee is not refunded, except where a mandatory consumer law where you live requires a refund.
Deadline
The entry form closes on 15 December 2026 at 22:59 Central European Time. A new work cannot be submitted after that moment.
Awards
The jury may award 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, a merit award, an honorable mention, finalist, and a certificate of participation. Awards are for this exhibition as a whole. Winners are announced on the site on 23 December 2026. After results are published, the diploma is in your account. 1st place is interviewed on the site.
A Special Edition is a printed publication of 22 pages devoted to one artist. It is offered to the 1st place winner of the exhibition when that artist has a body of work, typically about 20 pieces. We prepare the edition for the 1st place winner free of charge. A printed copy costs $12, plus shipping. The edition needs a separate consent and extra material from the winner. The winner may decline it and keep the interview and the other awards.
Your copyright
You keep the copyright in the work. You give us a non-exclusive license to host the file, to show it in this exhibition’s gallery when the entry is published, to reproduce it in this exhibition’s diploma and magazine, and to use it, with your name, to announce this exhibition. The license is for this exhibition. A Special Edition catalog uses only the separate license you accept if you take that option.
Personal data
An entry uses the account you already opened under the Terms and the Privacy policy. The host, PayPal, our email service, and the jury receive what they need to run the exhibition. Jurors see the work and your name. The Privacy policy describes what we keep and the rights you have. We do not sell personal data.
Law
The Terms of use govern the account, liability, and the governing law. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Australia, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of that place. Questions: [email protected].
